I am currently awaiting for return and refund of my product as i believe that even buying a new one of this model brand harddisk will still have the same issue. Please stop selling this model hard disk to avoid further disappointment from the customer. Cant believe WD comprised on their quality and destroying the brand by selling faulty item of this model. I had already read reviews about other people complaining the same, regardless - i still brought the item because i am being a loyal customer, as my previous WD harddisk works flawlessly till date and has no issues.īut after reading others review and myself experiencing what others experienced first handed, i was really disappointed in the product.
i even tried in my another system just to confirm the problem and it was the same - the harddisk stopped detecting. after that the next day when i plugged in again to my laptop for copying my files into the harddisk - it stopped detecting. At first when i plugged it the device to the laptop it started working.
